| 摘 要： | 目的通过丹槐银屑浓缩丸对豚鼠银屑病样模型耳部组织血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growthfactor,VEGF)及其受体(vascular endothelial growth factor receptor,VEGFR)水平影响的实验研究,探讨丹槐银屑浓缩丸治疗银屑病的作用机制。方法用5%普萘洛尔乳剂外涂豚鼠耳背制备银屑病样病理改变模型,设置空白组、模型组、西药对照组、成药对照组及高、中、低剂量治疗组。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法测定组织VEGF,VEGFR含量,观察其与皮损表现的关系。结果丹槐银屑浓缩丸高、中、低剂量组VEGF水平下降不明显(P>0.05),VEGFR水平出现不同程度下降,特别是中剂量组与其它组差异显著(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论丹槐银屑浓缩丸可使组织VEGFR水平显著降低,进而抑制血管内皮细胞增生,改善豚鼠银屑病样模型的皮损变化。
