| 摘 要： | 目的 观察心衰患者血浆脑钠素 (BNP)水平变化 ,并探讨其临床意义。方法 将入选对象分为心衰组、非心衰患者组和健康对照组。用床旁快速免疫荧光测定法 (BiositeDiagnostics)测定 3组的血浆N -型BNP水平 ,所有数据采用SPSS11.0软件处理。结果 心衰组BNP水平较非心衰患者组和健康对照组明显升高 ,统计分析有显著性差异 ,P <0 .0 5。非心衰患者组和健康对照组BNP水平无显著差异 ,P >0 .0 5。心衰患者BNP水平与心脏射血分数 (EF)呈显著负相关 ,r=- 0 .4 4 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 血浆BNP水平在心衰时显著升高 ,并能反映心功能的恶化程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the plasma level's change of the brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in patients with heart failure and explore its clinical significance.Methods All the subjects were divided into three groups:the heart failure group,the non-heart failure group and the control group.Their N-tape BNP levels were measured by the Biosite Diagnostics.The data were analyzed by SPSS11.0.Results The BNP level in heart failure group was significant higher than that of the non-heart failure group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significance between the non-heart failure group and the control group(P>0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between the BNP level and the ejection fraction in heart failure group.Conclusion The plasma level of BNP is significant abnormal in patients with heart failure,this can reflect the status of heart function. |
