| 摘 要： | 目的探讨针刺治疗眼外直肌麻痹的疗效。方法共治疗眼外直肌麻痹43例，并分别测定患侧眼Kappa角度。结果痊愈28例，好转10例，无效4例，总有效率90．7％，各证型间疗效无显著性差异。结论针刺治疗眼外直肌麻痹有效率高，疗效与中医辨证分型无关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture on lateral rectus paralysis. Method A total of 43 patients with lateral rectus paralysis were treated and Kappa angle of the affected eye was measured. Results Cure occurred in 28 cases, improvement in 10 cases and ineffectiveness in 4 cases, with a total efficacy rate of 90.7%. Conclusion Acupuncture has a high efficacy rate in treating lateral rectus paralysis, but the curative effect is not related to classification based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. |
