6132例妇女乳腺疾病普查报告

目的:通过普查使妇女乳腺疾病得以早发现、早治疗。方法:2003年5月～2005年9月对该院管辖区的单位和常住人口的妇女6132例进行乳腺普查,主要方式、方法有触诊、红外线乳腺检查仪、B超、钼靶X线乳腺摄影、针刺活检、病理检查、手术等手段。结果:患乳腺疾病人数为1354例,患病率为22.08%,其中乳腺小叶增生1056例,乳腺纤维瘤96例,副乳115例,乳痛症76例,乳房结核1例,乳腺导管内乳头状瘤8例,乳腺癌2例。结论:城市妇女乳腺自我保健意识有所增强,但仍有相当一部分从未做过乳腺保健检查;妇女自身保健意识急需加强;应加大普查普治工作的力度。

The general examination report on 6 132 women with breast diseases

Objective:To early find and treat women with breast diseases by the general examination.Methods:6 132 women from enterprises and permanent residents belonging to this precinct of this hospital were conducted the general examination from June 2003 to September 2005 primarily by near infrared scanning,ultrasonic, mammography, needle biopsy, pathology examination and operation, et al.Results:1 354 women suffered from breast disease and the incidence of women breast disease was 22.08%, among them, 1 056 cases breast cystic hyperplasia, 96 cases breast fibrosarcoma, 115 cases accessory breas, 76 mastalgia, 1 breast tuberculosis, 8 breast ductal papillomatosis and 2 breast carcinoma.Conclusion:The urban women have improved their self-healthcare consciousness, but a part of them never had breast physical check-up.Women's self-healthcare consciousness need to be increased quickly.The force of general examination and general therapy should be strengthened.
