2型糖尿病对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者预后的影响

目的 探讨糖尿病对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)预后的影响.方法 选择COPD患者53例作为研究对象,分为单纯COPD组和COPD合并糖尿病组,分别观察两组发生肺性脑病、上消化道出血及气管插管的病例数以及死亡率和住院时间.结果 合并糖尿病组病死率明显高于单纯COPD组.结论 糖尿病是影响COPD患者预后的一个重要因素.

Effect of type 2 diabetes on prognosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate the effect of diabetes on the prognosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods 53 cases of COPD as the research subjects were divided into the COPD group and the COPD comp]icating diabetes group respectively. The occurrence of pulmonary encephalopathy, upper gastrointestinal bleeding and the number of cas- es of endotrachcal intubation, mortality and hospitalization days were obserw~d in 2 groups. Results The mortality in the COPD complicating diabetes group was higher than that in the COPD group. Conclusion Diabetes is an important factor affecting the prognosis of COPD.
