羟基磷灰石义眼台Ⅰ期植入术的护理干预及疗效分析

目的 观察比较护理干预对羟基磷灰石义眼台Ⅰ期植入患者住院治疗中的应用效果.方法 将70例羟基磷灰石义眼台Ⅰ期植入患者随机分为常规组和干预组各35例,常规组进行传统护理,干预组在传统护理基础上进行计划性、针对性的护理干预.结果 干预组患者在掌握相关知识、技能、认知和行为改变的程度及社会适应能力均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；护理干预组无一例不良事件发生,患者满意度提高了17.1％.结论 采用计划性、针对性的护理干预能调动护理人员和患者的主观能动性,提高健康教育效果,减少并发症的发生,提高患者的自信心及参与社会的适应性,保障患者安全,提高患者满意度,从而提高了护理质量.

Nursing intervention and effect analysis on inpatients with stage I hydroxyapatite orbital implantation

Objective To observe and compare the application effect of nursing intervention during the hospitalization process in the patient with stage I hydroxyapatite orbital implantation. Methods 70 patients with stage I hydroxyapatite orbital implantation were divided into two groups randomly and equally, the conventional group and the interventional group, 35 cases in each group. The conventional group was performed the traditional care. On the basis of the traditional care, the interventional group was performed the planned and targeted care. Results The interventional group was better than the conventional group in the aspects of the mastery of related knowledge and skills, degrees of cognitive and behavioral changes, and social adaptation, the differences between 2 groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the interventional group, no case of adverse events oc- curred and the patient＇s satisfaction was increased by 17.1%. Conclusion Using planning and targetting intervention can mobi- lize the initiation of nurses and the patients, improve the health education effect, reduce complications, increase the patients＂ self- confidence and adaptability participating in society, assure the patients＇ safety and improve the patients satisfaction.As a result, the quality of care is improved.
