| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨扶正化瘀方对肺纤维化的干预作用.方法：采用博莱霉素诱导肺间质纤维化模型,分别观察各组大鼠的死亡率、肺系数、肺组织羟脯氨酸（Hyp）含量以及肺组织形态学变化.结果：与模型对照组比较,扶正化瘀方能显著降低大鼠肺系数和肺组织Hyp含量,改善肺组织纤维化程度.结论：扶正化瘀方具有明显的抗博莱霉素所致的大鼠肺纤维化的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Huayu Recipe on pulmonary fibrosis.Methods:Pulmonary fibrosis model rat was induced with bleomycin.Changes of the death rate,lung coefficient,hydroxyproline content(Hyp) in the lung tissue and morphology of the lung were investigated.Results:Compared with the model group,Fuzheng Huayu Recipe could significantly decrease the lung coefficient and Hyp content in the lung tissue and improve fibrosis of the lung tissue.Conclusion:Fuzheng Huayu Recipe has significant effect on pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin in rats. |
