复方益康唑乳膏与咪康唑乳膏治疗体股癣疗效比较

目的 :比较复方益康唑乳膏和咪康唑乳膏治疗体、股癣的疗效和安全性。方法 :体、股癣病人6 3例随机分成 2组。益康唑组 31例 (男性 2 4例 ,女性 7例 ,年龄 35a±s 15a) ,用复方益康唑乳膏 ,咪康唑组 32例 (男性 2 7例 ,女性 5例 ,年龄 37a±14a) ,用咪康唑乳膏。均涂于患部 ,每日 2次 ,疗程3wk。结果 :复方益康唑乳膏和咪康唑乳膏治疗体、股癣 ,总痊愈率分别为 87%和 6 9% ,总有效率分别为 97%和 97% ,真菌清除率分别为 94 %和94 % ,不良反应发生率均为 3%。 2组的临床疗效和安全性比较 ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :复方益康唑乳膏和咪康唑乳膏治疗体、股癣有相似疗效及安全性

Econazole compound cream vs miconazole cream in treating tinea corporis & cruris

AIM: To compare the efficacy and safety of econazole compound cream and miconazole cream in the treatment of tinea corporis & cruris. METHODS: Sixty three patients with tinea corporis & cruris were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty one petients (M 24, F 7;age 35 a± s 15 a) were as the econazole group. Thirty two petients (M 27, F 5; age 37 a±14 a) were as the miconazole group. All the patients were treated with econazole compound cream or miconazole cream bid for 3 wk. RESULTS: econazole cream and miconazole cream were used in the treatment of tinea corporis & cruris. The total cured rates were 87 % and 69 %, the total effective rates were 97 % and 97 % , the total mycological cured rates were 94 % and 94 %, the adverse reaction rates in two groups were 3 %. No significant differences were found between two groups on their efficacy and safety ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: Econazole compound cream is effective and safe in treating tinea corporis & cruris, and has almost the same efficacy as miconazole cream.
