综合物理疗法治疗髌股关节病

研究背景 ]为明确综合物理疗法对髌股关节病的疗效 ,进行了综合物理疗法与单纯中频电疗法对比观察 .病例报告 ]病例为经X线检查确定诊断为髌股关节病的 5 0例 .一组采用综合物理疗法 ,中频电疗法 :将 2组 6cm× 9cm电极分别固定于膝关节髌骨内上缘及股四头肌内侧头处 ,电流量以耐受限为宜 ;超短波疗法 :选用 2 0cm× 30cm电容电极于膝关节处前后对置 ,微热量 ;运动疗法 :股四头肌肌力训练 .另一组采用单纯中频电疗法 .均每日 1次 ,10次为 1个疗程 ,治疗 3～ 4个疗程 ,治疗间歇期佩带护膝 .结果 ,综合疗法组有效率为 96 % ,单纯中频电组有效率为 72 % .讨论 ]综合物理疗法可以治疗髌股关节病

Treatment of patellofemoral malalignment disorder with synthesize physical therapy

BACKGROUND To investigate the effectiveness of synthesize physical therapy in the treatment of patellofemoral malalignment disorders,this therapy was compared with medium frequency electro therapy .CASE REPORT Patients were diagnosed with patellofemoral malalignment disorder by X ray.Group A consisted of 25 cases that received synthesize physical therapy: medium frequency electrotherapy was used by two electrode pads(6?cm×9?cm) which were placed separately on the patella and within the great muscle,electric current can be exceptable by patients.Ultrashort wave therapy was used by placing 20?cm×30?cm capacitance electrodes in front and behind knee and slight heat applied.Kinesiotherapy was used to exercise the great muscle in order to increase the force.Group B consisted of another 25 cases that were treated with simple medium frequency electrotherapy.All therapy was applied once daily for 30～40 days.Knee protectors were used at various treatment intervals. The recovery rate of Group A(synthesize physical therapy) was 96% and that of Group B(medium frequency electrotherapy) was 72%.DISCUSSION Synthesize physical therapy is an effective treatment method for patellofemoral malalignment disorders.
