腹部小切口治疗输尿管上段结石56例分析

目的探讨腹部小切口取石术治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法回顾分析56例输尿管上段结石行腹部小切口取石术资料。结果本组56例，全部顺利取石，效果满意。结论腹部小切口取石术治疗输尿管上段结石具有手术切口小，不损伤12肋下及髂腹神经，不影响腰腹部肌力，术后患者恢复快、疼痛轻、手术瘢痕小，易于被患者接受，能更早从事体力劳动，避免了术后腹壁松弛、切口疝及感觉麻木的发生，有推广应用价值。

Treatment of the Upper Ureter Stone with the Venter Smallness Incision of 56 Cases

Objective To discuss curative effect for removing the upper ureter stone with smallness incision of venter. Methods 56 cases of upper ureter stone were operated by smallness incision of venter,their clinical data was analyzed retrospectively. Results This group of 56 cases successfully removed calculi. Conclusion The smallness incision of venter to remove the upper ureter stone to have the surgery incision to be smaU,does not damage under 12 ribs and the qia abdomen nerve,does not affect the waist abdomen myostrength,the technique future trouble resores,the ache quickly light,the surgery scar is smaU,is accepted easy by the patient,can be engaged in the physical labor early,after has avoided the technique the abdominal wall loose, margin hernia and the feeling numb occurrence, has the promotion application value.
