丹参川芎嗪酪酸梭菌活菌与美沙拉嗪联合治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

目的 观察丹参川芎嗪注射液、酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊（阿泰宁）和美沙拉嗪（颇得斯安）联合应用对溃疡性结肠炎的疗效.方法 选取收治的溃疡性结肠炎轻、中度病例共46例,随机分为对照组18例,常规使用阿泰宁与美沙拉嗪治疗和实验组28例,采用在对照组基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液联合用药,观察两组治疗有效率、症状改善时间、炎症指标改善时限、内镜缓解及不良反应发生情况.结果 实验组较对照组在症状改善时间和炎性指标改善时限等方面均有较明显优势（P＜0.05）,两组不良反应无明显差异.结论 以活血化瘀类药物、益生菌制剂和5-ASA三联用药,对轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎治疗反应优于美沙拉嗪和阿泰宁的二联用药,能更快改善患者症状、缩短住院时间,从而改善溃疡性结肠炎的预后.

Treatment of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection,Clostridium butyricum live bacteria capsules and salad diazoxide on ulcerative colitis patients

Objective To investigate the effect of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection,Clostridium butyricum live bacteria capsules and salad diazoxide on ulcerative colitis patients.Methods 46 patients with light and moderate ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into 2 groups.18 cases in the control group were treated with the routine use of live bacteria Clostridium butyricum capsules and beauty salad diazoxide.28 cases in experimental group were treated with the methods of control group based on Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection.The symptom improvement time,inflammation index,endoscopic remission time and adverse reaction were observed.Results The time and inflammatory markers of experimental group improved compared with that of the control group.The adverse reactions did not appear obvious difference between the two groups.Conclusion can quickly improve symptoms and shorten the time of hospitalization.
