TURP联合EMS第四代碎石清石系统治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的疗效

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)联合EMS第四代碎石清石系统碎石治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析86例行经尿道前列腺电切联合EMS第四代碎石清石系统碎石治疗的前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者的术中情况、术后疗效及并发症。结果 83例患者手术取得成功,手术时间为62～110 min。3例改为开放手术。无经尿道电切综合征(TURS)发生。结论经尿道前列腺电切术联合EMS第四代碎石清石系统碎石治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石安全、有效,疗效确切。

Transurethral Electro-prostatectomy Combined with The Fourth Generation EMS Stone Gravel and Clearance System for Bladder Stones Complicated by Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective To investigate the curative effect of transurethral electro-prostatectomy combined with the fourth generation EMS stone gravel and clearance system on bladder stones complicated by prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A retrospective analysis of intraoperative conditions,postoperative efficacy and complications were carried out on 86 patients who were treated with transurethral electro-prostatectomy combined with the fourth generation EMS stone gravel and clearance system for bladder stones complicated by prostatic hyperplasia.Results All the 83 patients underwent successful operation.The operation time was 62-110 minutes.Three cases were converted to open surgery.No transurethral resection syndrome occurred in all patients.Conclusion The combined treatment with transurethral electro-prostatectomy and the fourth generation EMS stone gravel and clearance system is safe and effective for bladder stones complicated by prostatic hyperplasia.
