摘    要:
日益增多的真菌生物膜相关感染引起抗真菌药物治疗的失败,以及真菌感染的手术治疗加重了患者及社会的经济负担,已经成为临床医生所面临的重要问题。该文旨在阐明真菌生物膜(特别是白念珠菌生物膜)的临床重要性,并从多方面阐述真菌生物膜关键的耐药机制,包括生长条件,细胞外基质,外排泵活性,细胞密度,药物靶点的过度表达以及应激反应的最新研究进展。

Abstract:
The increasing fungal biofilm infections have been recognized as a important clinical problem, leading to antifungal therapy fails, surgical intervention and increased financial burden on patients and health care providers. This paper aims to present the clinical importance of fungal biofilms, particularly Candida albicans, and reviewed the present progress of the key resistance mechanisms of fungal biofilm, include growth conditions, extracellular matrix, efttux pump activity, cell density, over-expression of drug targets and stress responses.
