在合并连枷胸的多发伤患者救治中镍钛合金环抱器肋骨内固定的应用效果

目的探讨在合并连枷胸的多发伤救治中应用镍钛合金环抱器肋骨内固定的临床效果。方法本院共收治多根、多处肋骨骨折连枷胸患者53例，所有患者均予镍钛合金环抱器肋骨内固定治疗并对治疗效果进行观察。结果给予内固定治疗的患者共有51例治愈，与非手术治疗组比较，内固定组术后并发症发生率均明显减少（P〈0．05）。结论在合并连枷胸的多发伤救治患者中，与其他的非手术治疗效果比较，给予镍钛合金环抱器结合重点固定法肋骨内固定能收到更好的临床疗效；但保证其治疗效果的关键点是要很好地把握患者的手术适应证。

The value of Nitinol embracing rib fixation of treatment flail chest in the merger of multiple injuries

Objective To study the merger of flail chest with multiple injuries where the application of nickel-titanium rib fixation embracing clinical value.Methods Dorgan,multiple rib fractures 53 patients with flail chest were selected in our hospital,all patients were given the implementation of nitinol embracing rib fixation,and we observed and analyzed the treatment effects.Results In internal fixation group,51 patients were cured.Compared with non-surgical treatment group,complications of the fixation group was significantly reduced postoperative(P < 0.05).Conclusion In the merger of flail chest treatment of patients with multiple trauma,and other non-surgical treatment compared to grant a combination of nickel-titanium alloy embracing fixator fixation of rib fixation key to receive with good clinical efficacy,but to ensure its therapeutic effect the key point to be a very good grasp of the patient’s surgical indications.
