拉萨市汉族中学生应激性生活事件的调查研究

目的研究拉萨市汉族中学生应激性生活事件的现状。方法采用青少年生活事件量表对拉萨市汉族中学生进行问卷调查。结果学习压力和人际关系两个因子相应的生活事件发生的频度最高，给这些中学生带来的心理应激量也高于其它因子。学习压力因子给城区学生带来的影响显着地高于农牧区的学生。高二学生在学习压力因子上的得分高于其它所有年级；高一学生在受惩罚因子上的应激量低于其它年级，他们在总应激量上的得分也低于其它四个年级；普通师范学生受健康适应因子及丧失因子带来的心理影响均高于其它年级，在总应激量上的得分也是这部分群体最高．结论学习压力因子和人际关系因子是两个比较特殊的因子；各因子所带来的应激量和年级有密切的关系。

The Survey of Stressful Life Events on Han Nationality Students in Lasa Middle Schools

Objective To survey the present situation of stressful life events of Han students in Middle Schools in Lasa. Methods The Han nationality students in Middle Schools in Lasa were surveyed by using Adolescence Life Events Scale. Results Occurrence of study pressure and personal relation are most frequent and their extent of mental stress is also highest . The effect of study pressure on students in city is obviously more serious than that in countryside or pasture. The score of study pressure factor in Senior Grade Two is highest; The score of the factor of being punished in Senior Grade One is also lowest and the students total stressful extent is lowest ; ordinary normal college students with the most serious effect on mental health adaptation and loss factors are also most serious in total stressful extent in all groups. Conclusion Pressure and personal relation are two special factors; there is an intimate relation between grades and mental stressful extent resulted from various factors.
