钻孔引流联合高压氧治疗外伤性硬膜下积液疗效分析

目的 探讨钻孔引流综合高压氧(HBO)治疗外伤性硬膜下积液(TSE)的疗效.方法 回顾性分析了139例手术治疗的TSE患者,其中52例单纯行钻孔引流(引流组),87例在钻孔引流手术后行高压氧治疗(联合组),并观察2组的治疗效果.结果 引流组:总有效率80.77%,治愈率28.85%;联合组:总有效率93.10%,治愈率45.98%.对2组总有效率、治愈率分别进行X2检验,2组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对于有手术指征的TSE,钻孔引流联合HBO治疗可作为一种治疗模式,效果肯定.

An analysis of therapeutic effect of trepanation and drainage combined with hyperbaric oxygen on traumatic subbural effusion

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of trepanation and drainage combined with hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) on traumatic subdural effusion(TSE). Methods To analyze retrospectively 139 cases with TSE by operation, in which 52 cases had been performed trepanation and drainage lonely, and 87 cases had been treated with hyperbaric oxygenation therapy after operation. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and statistically compared. Results The drainage group: total effective rate was 80.77%, healing rate 28.85% ; combination group: total effective rate was 93.10%, healing rate 45.98%. The X2 test was used for analyzing the total effective rates and healing rates of the two groups, and the result indicated there was significant difference between them. Conclusions The trepanation and drainage combined with HBO therapy should be considered one therapeutic mode for TSE that has operative indicatio, and the effect is sure.
