| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双额叶脑挫裂伤早期手术治疗的临床效果。方法回顾分析29例双额叶脑挫裂伤患者早期手术的临床资料。结果格术后出院GOS:Ⅴ级(恢复良好)20例,Ⅳ级(中残)6例,Ⅲ级(重残)1例,Ⅱ级(植物生存)0例,Ⅰ级(死亡)2例。结论冠状双额骨瓣早期治疗双额叶脑挫裂伤可有效地提高患者的救治效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effects of early treating bifrontal contusion with coronal incision in bone craniotomy. Methods The clinical data of 29 patients with chronic subdural hematoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results According to GOS,of 29 patients,20 were recovered well,6 moderately disabled, 1 severely disabled and 2 died and no vegetative state. Conclusion Bifrontal contusion should have early-operation and adequately decompresses in order to effectively improving treatment outcome. |
