| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨促通技术对脑卒中偏瘫手功能康复的疗效。方法：对３１例脑卒中偏瘫手应用促通技术治疗，并通过Ｂｒｕｎｎｓｔｒｏｍ上肢运动功能恢复的６阶段量表进行评估。结果：治疗后ＩＶ级者由４例提高到１３例，Ｖ级者由２例提高到６例，Ⅵ级者由０例提高到４例。结论：提示促通技术对脑卒中偏瘫手功能康复有一定疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the effect of PNF technique on rehabilitation of hand function in stroke Patient withhemiplegia. Methods:Applicate PNF to treat successive thirty - one hand paralysed in stroke Patient, and assess the handfunction by Brunnstrom's Six stage scale for restoration of upper arm motion function before and after treatment. Results:Be-fore rehabilitation treatment there are four cases fallen in IV Deg, after treatment this number elevated to thirteen cases, andthe number of Patient fallen in V Deg elevated to VI Deg also from 0 to 4 cases. Conclusion:These data suggest that PNF hascertain effect for functional rehabilitation of paralysed hand in stroke patient with hemiplegia. |
