| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染临床疗效。方法:108例患者采用阿奇霉素加服中药(黄芪、白术、防风、薏苡仁、苏子、枇杷叶、前胡、薄荷)加减,7d为1疗程,1疗程后评定疗效。结果:108例中治愈88例,有效14例,无效6例。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染,可显著提高患儿免疫力,减少复发率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combination of Chinese medicine and western medicine to treat child repeatedly respiratory infection. Methods:108 cases were treated in Azithromycin and Chinese crude drugs such as radix astragali,atractylodes macrocephala,divaricate saposhnikovia root,coix seed,perilla seed,loquat leaf,hogfennel root and peppermint. 7 days was 1 course of treatment.
