石炭酸浓度对脑脊液蛋白定性试验的影响

摘    要:
目的探讨脑脊液蛋白定性最适用的石炭酸浓度。方法配制5%、8%和过饱和浓度的石炭酸溶液,与71例病人脑脊液标本进行潘氏试验,配制不同浓度的总蛋白和球蛋白标准液,与不同浓度的石炭酸进行蛋白定性试验。比较不同浓度的石炭酸对脑脊液蛋白定性的影响。结果同一级别的潘氏试验结果,5%浓度的石炭酸对应脑脊液总蛋白含量高于8%和过饱和浓度的石炭酸;5%和6%浓度的石炭酸与各种浓度的总蛋白标准液定性均为阴性(-),8%、饱和和过饱和浓度的石炭酸与各种浓度的总蛋白标准液均出现极弱阳性(±)以上结果,过饱和浓度石炭酸结果阳性值较前两者强;5%浓度石炭酸与低浓度(≤1200mg/L)球蛋白标准液定性结果均为阴性(-),7%、8%和10%浓度的石炭酸与球蛋白标准液蛋白定性较一致,均在1200mg/L时出现阳性(+)结果,过饱和浓度的石炭酸在150mg/L时出现极弱阳性(±)结果。结论不同浓度的石炭酸潘氏试验有显著差异,8%以上浓度的石炭酸潘氏试验较灵敏,以过饱和浓度的石炭酸灵敏度最高,最适合脑脊液潘氏试验。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the most suitable carbolic acid concentration for the qualitative test of the cerebrospinal fluid protein. Methods 5%, 8% and over saturated carbolic acid solutions were prepared for the Pan′ test of 71 cerebrospinal fluid specimens, and for the total protein determination of globulin standard solutions. Results At the same level of pandy test results, reatment with 5% of carbolic acid solution the CSF total protein content is higher than that treated with 8% and the supersaturated solution. 5% and 6% carbolic acid solutions with various concentrations of total protein standard solution qualitative were negative (-); 8%, carbolic acid solution and supersaturated solution with various concentrations of total protein standard solution are very weak positive (±). In the supersaturated solution result, the positive value is stronger than the other two. 5% and low concentrations carbolic acid solutions (≤1 200 mg / L) globulin standard qualitative results were negative (-). 7%, 8% and 10% concentrations and globulin standard solution for protein characterization is more consistent , both in the 1 200 mg / L positive (+) results, saturated concentration in 150 mg / L appears very weak positive (±) results. Conclusion Different concentrations of carbolic acid solutions pandy test were significantly different, more than 8% concentrations of carbolic acid solution pandy test is more sensitive to the supersaturation concentration , and is the highest, the most suitable for cerebrospinal fluid pandy test.
