西吡氯铵含漱液对单纯性牙龈炎患者临床症状的改善作用

摘    要:目的 :观察 1g/L西吡氯铵含漱液对单纯性牙龈炎患者临床症状的改善作用。方法 :纳入单纯性牙龈炎患者 48例 ,随机均等分为 2组 ,用随机双盲法 ,分别给予 1g/L西吡氯铵含漱液或爱诺天健含漱液。患者用含漱液漱口 ,每天晨起、睡前、饭后各一次 ,每次含 15ml,持续漱口 60s ,漱口后 1h内禁饮食 ,7d为一疗程。就诊当天 (第 1天 )、第 4天、第 8天测定观察患者牙龈指数 (GI)、龈沟出血指数 (SBI) ,患者自行确定口臭 (OS)值。结果 :实验组和对照组各 2 4例 ,年龄、性别、吸烟史分布无组间差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,基线检查GI、SBI、OS值无组间差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,中期检查GI、SBI、OS值分别显著低于基线值 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,组间比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,终点检查GI、SBI、OS值分别显著低于中期检查值 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,组间比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :1g/L西吡氯铵含漱液可减轻单纯性牙龈炎患者的临床症状

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of mouth rinse containing 1 g/L cetylpyridinium chloride(CC) in the treatment of simple gingivitis. Methods: 48 cases of simple gingivitis were divided into two groups. Random and double blind method was applied to administer 1 g/L CC mouth rinse or Ainotianjian mouth rinse (another product also containing 1 g/L CC) to the patients. The mouth rinses were used by the patients for 7 days and 5 times each day (after getting up and each meal, before going to bed), each time 15 ml mouth rinse was used for 1 minute. Gingival index(GI), sulcus bleeding index(SBI) and ozostomia(OS) were measured before treatment, on day 4 and 8 respectively. Results: The distribution of age, sex and smoking in the tested 24 cases was not significantly different from that of the 24 controls (P>0.05). Before treatment, no statistic difference was found in GI, SBI and OS between the two groups(P>0.05). On day 4, GI, SBI and OS were lower than those on day 1 (P<0.05) in both groups and there was no statistic difference between the two groups(P>0.05). On day 8, the parameters were lower than those on day 4(P<0.05) in both groups and there was no statistic difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: 1 g/L cetylpyridinium chloride is effective in the treatment of simple gingivitis.
