| 摘 要： | 本文应用促肝细胞生长素治疗在大肠杆菌内毒素诱导下，由ＤＨＢＶ诱发的鸭急性肝坏死。结果表明：促肝细胞生长素能明显降低血清过氧化脂质，改善急性肝坏死后肝细胞的组织病理学变化，促进肝细胞内细胞器的修复，表明促肝细胞生长素可稳定细胞膜，保护肝细胞，对治疗急性肝坏死具有一定的疗效。

| Abstract: | Using duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) in association with endotoxin, a model of acute liver necrosis in ducks was established, The effects of hepatic growth factor(HGF) on the model was studied. Results showed that HGF singificantly decreased the level of serum lipidoxidase(LPO)and promoted the recovery of histopathological damage of the liver.These suggested that HGF can stabilize the lysosome membrane and has a cytoprotective action. Thus, HGF is found to be beneficial for the treatment of acute liver necrosis. |
