摘    要:报道了以肉桂酸(1)为起始原料,经混酐化、酰化、Doebner等三步反应制得关键中间体3-[3-甲氧基-4-(3-苯丙烯酰基)氧基]苯基丙烯酸(4)。其与对甲基苯磺酰氯形成混酐或在DCC和DMAP系统催化下分别与苯甲醇、肉桂醇、2-萘酚、对羟基苯乙酸反应成酯。所合成的标题化合物均经元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱确证结构与构型。

Abstract:With cinnamic acid as the starting material,the intermediate 3 3 methoxy 4 (3 phenylpropenoyl)oxy]phenylpropenoic acid was prepared by means of three steps reaction of mixanhydridisation ,acylation and Doebner condensation The esterification of the compound was obtained through the reactions with benzyl alcohol,cinnamic alcohol,2 naphthol and 4 hydroxyphenylacetic acid respectively The chemical structures and the conformations of the title ester compounds were confirmed by means of elementary analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectrometry
