双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折160例临床观察

目的：探讨双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的临床疗效。方法：选择本院2010年1月-2011年6月收治的160例肱骨髁间骨折患者作为研究对象,采用肱三头肌两侧入路的78例患者为A组,采用尺骨鹰嘴V形入路的82例患者为B组,比较两组患者的临床疗效、恢复时间以及并发症发生情况。结果：A组优良率为91.0%,略低于B组的92.7%,但两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;B组的术中出血量明显少于A组,且早期功能锻炼时间及出院时间均明显早于A组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;A组并发症发生率为3.8%,B组为3.7%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折临床疗效满意且安全性好,尺骨鹰嘴V形入路更利于患者的快速康复,是首选的手术方案之一。

Clinical Observation of Double Steel Plate Inner Fixation in Treatment of 160 Patients with Intercondylar Fracture of Humerus

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of double steel plate inner fixation in the treatment of intercondylar fracture of humerus.Method：From January 2010 to June 2011,160 patients with intercondylar fracture of humerus were selected as research subjects,78 patients were treated with triceps on both sides into the road as group A,and 82 patients were treated with olecranon V-shaped approach as group B,the clinical efficacy,recovery time and complications of two groups were compared.Result：The excellent and good rate of group A was 91.0%,slightly lower than 92.7% of group B,but there was no significant differences between two groups （P0.05）;the blood loss of group B was significantly less than group A,and the earlyfunctional exercise time and discharge time were significantly earlier than group A,there were significant differences between two groups （P0.05）;the complication rate of group A was 3.8%, and group B was 3.7%, there was no significant differences between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Double steel plate inner fixation for the treatment of intercondylar fracture of humerus has clinical satisfactory results and good security, olecranon V-shaped approach is more conducive to the rapid rehabilitation of patients, is one of the preferred surgical options.
