摘    要:

Abstract:
[Objective]To understand dietary nutrition status of college students,find problems,supply the basis for making intervening measures to improve nutrition level.[Methods]A five-day dietary survey was carried out among 165 college students of 20 to 23 years old in May,2010.[Results]The dietary pattern mainly consisted of grains,accounting for 76.12%.The intakes of vegetable,fish,shrimp,milk and oil were less than the suggested values in Dietary Guideline and Balance Diet Pagoda for Chinese Residents.Grains an...
