氯氮平和利培酮治疗精神分裂症患者的研究

目的：评价氯氮平和利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应。方法：将80例精神分裂症患者随机分为氯氮平组和利培酮组（氯氮平组40例,利培酮组40例）,于治疗前和治疗15周末各作一次韦式成人智力量表,韦式记忆量表,威斯康新卡片分类测验,言语流利性测验,连线测验A,简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）,TESS副反应量表。结果：治疗15周末氯氮平组显著改善迟滞、活动过多、敌对猜疑因子分,利培酮组显著改善BPRS评分,对于认知功能,氯氮平可改善言语流利性,而其余各项均无显著性差异,两组之间不良反应的发生率有显著性差异,利培酮组明显低于氯氮平组。结论：氯氮平和利培酮具有较强的抗精神病作用,但利培酮较氯氮平不良反应小,安全性较高。

A controlled study of clozapine and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic and side effects of clozapine and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:80 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups(clozapine group,40cases;risperidone group,40cases).5 cognitive function test-the Weschler Adult Intelligence Scale,Weschler Memory Scale,Trail Making Test A,Wisconsin Card Sort Test,and a verbal fluency test-and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),TESS was conducted to 80schizophrenic patients before and 15 weeks after treatment.Results: Clozapine can significantly improve BPRS score,while risperidone can significantly improve factor scores of Anergia,thought disturbance,hostil-suspiciousness during 15 week treatment.Scores of side effect have significant difference between two groups,with risperridone group lower than clozapine group.Conclusions: Clozapine and risperidone are effect on Schizophrenia,but risperidone is fewer side effects and provides more safety than clozapine.
