穴位注射在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用

目的探讨采用穴位注射在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用。方法 80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组再对照组的基础上配合穴位注射治疗。结果治疗组40例中显效26例,有效16例,总有效率90.0%,对照组中显效9例,有效18例,总有效率67.5%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论穴位注射既有药物治疗效果、又能起到针灸的治疗作用,适用于颈肩腰腿痛、骨质增生、骨质疏松、坐骨神经痛等疾病,穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果明显,值得临床推广和应用。

Acupoint injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To explore the use of point-injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the application.Methods 80 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 40 cases,the control group received conventional therapy,the treatment group and then with the control group on the basis of point injection therapy.Results The treatment group of 40 cases 26 cases markedly effective,effective in 16 cases,with a total effective rate 90.0% in the control group,9 cases markedly effective in 18 cases,with a total effective rate 67.5%,the total effective two groups,the difference was statistically significance （P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of acupoint injection of both drugs,but also played the role of acupuncture treatment for neck low back pain,bone hyperplasia,osteoporosis,sciatica and other diseases,acupoint injection for treatment of lumbar disc herniation obvious effects worthy of clinical practice and application.
