动态心电图与常规心电图诊断无症状心肌缺血的相关分析

目的通过对患有无症状心肌缺血的患者比较常规心电图和动态心电图,发现动态心电图诊断无症状心肌缺血的优点。方法采用随机抽样的方法,选择66例无症状性心肌缺血患者,其中剔除心室肥大,房颤的患者,随机分成两组,动态组和常规组。对两组患者分别采用动态心电图和常规心电图诊断。并对患者的检出率进行比较。结果采用动态心电图技术进行诊断,阳性率为81.8%;采用常规心电图技术进行诊断,检出阳性率为54.5%,可以看出前者的检出率明显高于后者,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论无症状心肌缺血是冠心病的一种,临床症状不明显,用常规方法检出率低,容易漏检,采用动态心电图技术对其进行诊断,可以显著提高患者的检出率,有利于患者的早期诊断和及时治疗,动态心电图已逐渐成为临床对该类患者进行诊断的重要手段,值得进一步的使用和推广。

Correlational Analysis on the Diagnosis of Silent Myocarolial Isehemia with Dynamic ECG and Routine Electrocardiagram

Objective Dynamic ECG diagnosis of silent myocardial ischemia in patients with silent myocardial ischemia, the advantages of more conventional ECG and Holter. Methods A random sampling method to choose in November 2008 to October 2011 in our hospital, 66 cases of patients with asymptomatic myocardial, which excluded ventricular hypertrophy, atrial fibrillation pa- tients were randomly divided into two groups, dynamic group and the conventional grot~p. Dynamic ECG and ECG diagnosis of two groups of patients, respectively. And silent myocardial ischemia in patients with detection rates were compared. Results The results show that dynamic ECG technology for diagnosis, the positive rate was 81.8%; conventional ECG techniques for diagnosis, detection of a positive rate of 54.5%, we can see the former detection rate was significantly higher than the latter, a significant a statistically sig- nificant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Asymptomatic myocardial ischemia is a kind of coronary heart disease, subclinical, detect- ed by conventional methods is low, easily missed diagnosis, can significantly improve the detection rate of patients with ambulatory electrocardiogram, conducive to early diagnosis and prompt treatment of patients, Holter monitoring has gradually become an impor- tant means of clinical patients with that type of diagnosis, it is worth to make further use and promotion.
