| 摘 要： | 通过检测患者淋巴细胞转化功能及NK细胞活性,调查CD3AK细胞对烧伤患者免疫功能的影响.结果发现:CD3AK细胞使T细胞转化为母细胞能力增加,NK细胞活性升高,表明CD3AK细胞能改善烧伤患者免疫功能低下的状态,促进细胞免疫功能的恢复.

| Abstract: | Through detection of lymphocyte transformation and NK activity to investigate the effect of CD 3McAb activated CD 3AK cells on immune function of the patients with burn,the results showed that CD 3AK cells could enhance ability of lymphocyte transformation and NK activity.It is indicated that CD 3AK cells can improve postburn immunosuppression and promote restoration of cell mediated immunity. |
