溃疡性结肠炎患者血清抗亲环素A抗体的检测意义

目的本研究对溃疡性结肠炎（Ulcerative colitis,UC）患者血清中抗Cyclophilin A抗体（ACA）水平进行了测定,旨在探讨ACA与UC的关系。方法用纯化的Cyclophilin A（CyPA）抗原包被微孔反应板建立检测ACA的间接ELISA方法,对67例活动期UC患者,75例内科其他疾病患者及100名健康体检者进行检测。并对49例经治疗缓解后的UC患者ACA水平进行随访。结果 ACA水平以吸光度（A）值（492nm）表示,正常对照组（n=100）A值为（0.09±0.05）,以（x±3s）为正常上限,其A值〉0.24为阳性。各组被检患者血清中ACA水平与阳性率（%）为UC（n=67）（0.33±0.20）,52.2%;内科其他疾病（n=75）（0.10±0.06）,1.3%。UC患者血清中ACA水平明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）及其他疾病组（P〈0.01）。对49例UC患者血清中ACA水平进行随访观察发现,活动期明显高于缓解期（P〈0.01）。结论以上结果提示ACA可能与UC有一定的关系,检测ACA可作为UC的参考诊断指标。

Significance of detection to anti-cyclophilin A antibody in ulcerative colitis

Objective To explore the significance of anti-cyclophilin A antibody（ACA） in the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis.Methods The indirect ELISA was established to detect ACA levels and the positive rate of serum ACA in 67 cases of active UC and 49 cases of inactive UC and 175 controls including 75 cases with the other disease and 100 healthy controls.Results The ACA levels were significantly higher in the active UC subjects than those in the inactive UC or normal controls （P0.01）.Of 67 cases of UC,35 cases was positive in ACA,the sensitivity was 52.2%.In control group,the serum ACA was positive in 1 case with the other disease and 1 healthy one.Conclusion ACA is specific for the diagnosis of UC,the technique is simple,feasible without trauma.It may be an indictor in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of UC.
