三七芦荟混合物调节动物血糖血脂作用研究

目的：研究三七、芦荟的混合物对实验动物是否具有降血糖、调血脂作用，为筛选利用植物药治疗糖尿病提供依据。方法：采用正常动物对受试物的降血糖、调血脂作用进行初筛，以糖尿病动物模型研究受试物的降血糖作用。结果：在初筛试验中，正常动物喂饲受试物1周、3周时，空腹血糖值分别下降了12．75％和15，19％；正常动物喂饲受试物1周时，血胆固醇下降了26．05％，血甘油三酯下降了24.24％；受试物可使糖尿病动物血糖显著性下降并维持在正常范围，糖尿病治疗组动物的症状、体征与糖尿病对照组比较有极明显的改善。结论：三七、芦荟混合物对实验动物具有很好的降血糖和降血脂作用，对治疗糖尿病和预防糖尿病并发症具有积极意义。

A Study on the Effect of the Mixture of Radix Notoginseng and Aleo Modulating Blood Glucose and Lipid in Rats

Objective: To study on the blood glucose-lowering and lipid-reducing effects of the mixture of Radix Notoginseng and Aleo in test rats and provide scientific data for diabetes treatment by traditional Chinese medicine. Method: Use normal rats to test blood glucose-modulating and lipid-reducing effects in the screening test and observe the blood glucose-lowering effects of the diabetes rats. Result: In the screening test, the normal rats were fed with the mixture of Radix Notoginseng and Aleo for one week and three weeks, their blood glucose reduced 12.75% and 15.19% respectively. Their cholesterol reduced 26.05%, triglyceride reduced 24.24% after feeding the mixture only one week. The mixture can significantly reduce the blood glucose of the diabetes rats and maintain their blood glucose in normal condition. Comparing with the control group, the symptoms and physical signs of the test group have been improved greatly. Conclusion: The mixture of Radix Notoginseng and Aleo has a good effect of lowering blood glucose and reducing lipid on the diabetes rats and also has a significance in the treatment and prevention of diabetes and its complication.
