超声对颈部血管内膜厚度与动脉粥样硬化斑块的关系评价

目的探讨超声对颈部血管内膜厚度与动脉粥样硬化斑块的关系评价。方法选择我院2010年2月-2011年7月进行颈动脉超声检查的93例患者作为研究对象,分析患者颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)及粥样斑块的发生情况。结果有粥样斑块组IMT平均值为1.27±0.14mm,明显高于无粥样斑块组的0.72±0.19mm,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组诊断为冠心病的患者比例分别为38.8%(19/49)、14.0%(6/43),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后动脉粥样硬化斑块患者的颈部血管内膜厚度及峰值血流速度均得到明显的改善(P<0.05)。结论超声监测到颈部血管内膜厚度情况与动脉粥样硬化斑块的发生具有关联性,从而为动脉粥样硬化斑块的诊断、治疗提供指导信息。

The evaluation of the relationship for ultrasound in carotid intimal thickness and atherosclerotic plaques

Objective To investigate the evaluation for the relationship for ultrasound in carotid intimal thickness and atherosclerotic plaques.Methods 93 patients in our hospital from February 2010 to July 2011 with carotid ultrasound were chosen as the research object.The occurrence of medial thickness(IMT) and plaque in the carotid artery were taken for analysis.Results The IMT average level in the atherosclerotic plaque group was(1.27±0.14)mm,significantly higher than atherosclerotic plaque group of(0.72±0.19)mm,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).The proportion of patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease were 38.8%(19/49),14.0%(6/43),the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the atherosclerotic plaque in patients with neck intimal thickness and peak velocity were significantly improved(P <0.05).Conclusion The occurrence for ultrasound monitoring of carotid intimal thickness and arterial atherosclerotic plaques has relevance,and it provides guidance information for the diagnosis of atherosclerotic plaque and treatment.
