| 摘 要： | 目的建立同步测定银黄颗粒中绿原酸和黄芩苷的HPLC方法。方法色谱柱为HYPERSIL C18（4．6mm×150mm，5μm），以甲醇-0.2％磷酸水溶液为流动相，梯度洗脱。流速为0．8mL·min^-1，检测波长为324nm，柱温25％。结果绿原酸的线性范围为0．23-1．14μg（r=0．9999），平均回收率为100．12％，RSD为0．84％；黄芩苷的线性范围为0．33-1．64μg·L^-1（r=0．9999），平均回收率为102．4％，RSD为1．47％。结论该方法简单、快速、准确，可为银黄制剂的质量控制提供实验依据。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To develop an method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Yinhuang granules.Methods The chromatographic analysis were carried out on a HYPERSIL Clscohmn(4.6 mm ×150 mm,5 μm) with methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid as mobile phase and 0.8 mL·min-1 flow rate in gradient mode.Results The linear ranges of chlomgenic acid and baicalin were from 0.23 μg to 1.14 μg(r=0.999 9) and from 0.33 μg to 1.64 μg(r=0.999 9),the mean recoveries of chlomgenic acid and baicalin were 100.12%with RSD of 0.84% and 102.4% with RSD of 1.47%respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,fast and accurate.It can be used to control for the quality of Yinhuang granules. |
