局部晚期乳腺癌介入治疗后的手术切除研究

采用Ｓｅｌｄｉｎｇｅｒ‘法对６例局部晚期的乳腺癌进行灌注化疗。结果,６例患者肿瘤均有不同程度缩小,原固定的肿瘤可推动,并能行外科手术切除,经随访２例术后１年余死于广泛转移,另４例健在,生存超过１６￣２４个月,局部未见复发。认为介入化疗能使局部晚期的乳腺癌肿缩小,为手术切除肿瘤创造条件,同时可使部分原属较晚期的乳腺癌最终获得根治性治疗。

Study of Breast Operation after Interventional Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Locally Advanced Breast Cancer

patients with locally advanced breast cancer were treated by interventional chemotherapy The size of tumors in 6 patients shrank differently and the tumors could be moved Radical operation were performed on all of the patients to resect shrunk tumor After follow up:2 of patients died from distant metastasis one year later,4 of patients were alive more than 16~24 months without disease This study suggests that interventional chemotherapy is an effective method of treating locally advanced breast cancer After operation,some patients with locally advanced breast cancer can be cured
