摘    要:目的:研究牙龈纤维组织在即刻非埋置型纯钛种植体上的附着情况。方法:将兔子上下颌中切牙拔除,采用非埋置型、即刻种植方法,2月后行扫描电镜(SEM)观察。结果:成纤维细胞及其分泌的基质沿种植体表面的环形微螺纹分布,纤维组织主要呈环形和斜形附着于种植体表面。结论:种植体表面的纤维组织能够作为生物学袖口的组成部分。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the attachment of fiber tissue to non-submerged one-stage titani-um implants.Methods:The central incisors of rabbits were extracted and titanium implants were inserted immediately.After two months of implantation,scanning electron microscope was used to show the at-tachment.Results:Matrix and fibroblasts showed close contact with the implants along the circular micro-screws and the fiber tissue attached in circular or slant manners to the implant surface.Conclusion:The fiber tissue on the implant surface can be a portion of biological seals.
