病毒性脑炎115例临床分析

目的探讨115例病毒性脑炎患儿的发病情况及治疗效果。方法对115例病毒脑炎病例临床资料进行总结与分析。结果本组115例病毒性脑炎患儿发病在5-7月份,经脑脊液标本常规、生化及病毒分离等检查,被确诊为病毒性脑炎。其中30例为Ⅵ型埃可病毒引起。临床表现主要为发热、头痛、呕吐、脑膜刺激征、巴氏征阳性。经住院抗病毒、降颅压、减轻脑细胞水肿及预防和纠正水、电解质紊乱等治疗,均痊愈出院,无死亡病例,平均住院为8.7天。经1-3月随访,所有患儿均智力正常,无明显后遗症。结论该组病例发病具有一定季节性、流行性,临床症状较典型,按常规病毒性脑炎治疗,愈后良好,无并发症、后遗症发生。

Clinical analysis on 115 viral encephalitis cases

Objective To find out the disease situation and the treatment results of the 115 viral encephalitis cases.Methods The clinical data on the 115 cases of viral encephalitis were summarized and analyzed.Results All the 115 cases occurred during May to June,and diagnosed by the examination of routine,chemical and bacterium separation on the cerebrospinal fluid.Of which,30 cases were caused by virus of ECHO6.The major clinical symptoms were fever,headache,vomiting,Meninx stimulation and Babinski positive.All the cases were cured with the treatment of anti-virus,falling the pressure of cranial cavity,lightening cells edema of brain,prevention and correction water and electrolyte disorder,and et al.The average duration was 8.7 days in hospital.All the cases had normal intelligence and no obviously sequels after follow-up in 1 to 3 months.Conclusion All the cases had seasonal and epidemic features,the clinical symptoms were typical.It had good results treated by convention method and with no complications and sequels happened.
