| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床价值。方法采用中医手法按摩、中药外敷结合西医脊柱牵引及腰背肌功能锻炼治疗76例腰椎间盘突出症患者,治疗前后评价临床治疗效果。结果治愈39例,有效32例,无效5例,临床治愈率51.3%,有效率93.4%。结论中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on intervertebral disk hernia.Methods 60 patients with intervertebral disk hernia received therapeutic alliance,including massage with traditional Chinese medicine chirismus in muscle and acupuncture point,traction in vertebral column,and functional exercise in lumbar and dorsal muscle.The therapeutic efficacy and remission rate of clinical symptoms were analyzed.Results In 70 patients,39 cases were cured,33 cases were improved and 5 cases were ineffective,clinical cure rate was 51.3% and effective rate was 96.1%.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has notable therapeutic effect on intervertebral disk hernia. |
