人性化护理在跗跖关节切开治疗拇外翻患者中的应用

目的:探讨人性化护理在跗跖关节切开治疗拇外翻患者中的应用方法及效果.方法:将采用跗跖关节切开治疗的80例拇外翻患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用人性化护理,对照组采用常规护理.结果:观察组患者护理满意度为97.5%,对照组为87.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)前足评分系统评分观察组为(97.3±15.4)分,对照组为(90.6±13.9)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:人性化护理对提高跗跖关节切开治疗拇外翻患者满意度和功能恢复有积极作用.

Application of humanistic nursing care in the treatment of patients with hallux valgus by surgical incision of tarsometatarsal joint

Objective:To explore the approach of humanistic nursing care and application effect in the treatment of patients with hallux valgus by surgical incision of tarsometatarsal joint.Methods:80 patients with hallux valgus treated with surgical incision of tarsometatarsal joint were randomly divided into observation and control groups(40 cases in each group).The humanistic nursing care and routine nursing care were respectively implemented in the observation group and the control group.Results:The patient satisfaction rate was 97.5% and 87.5% in the observation group and the control group respectively(P<0.05);the scores were 97.3± 15.4 in the observation group and(90.6±13.9) in the control group assessed by using forefoot scoring system of AOFAS,there was significantly difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The humanistic nursing care has a positive effect on improving patient satisfaction and promoting the functional recovery of patients.
