自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉31例围术期护理

目的:探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的围术期护理方法及效果。方法:将60例(86眼)翼状胬肉患者随机分为干预组31例(48眼)和对照组29例(38眼),干预组给予系统的围术期护理,对照组给予常规护理。观察两组患者术后复发及并发症发生情况。结果:术后随访12个月,干预组复发率及并发症发生率均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取系统的围术期护理可明显减少自体角缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉患者的术后复发率及并发症发生率,严格、科学、合理的护理措施在自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉术中发挥着重要作用。

Perioperative nursing care in the autologous limbal stem cell transplantation for treatment of 31 patients with pterygium

Objective:To evaluate the perioperative nursing method and its effect in the autologous limbal stem cell transplantation for treatment of patients with pterygium.Methods:60 patients with pterygium(86 eyes) were randomly divided into an intervention group(n=31,48 eyes) and a control group(n=29,38 eyes).The systematic perioperative nursing care was given to the patients in the intervention group and routine nursing care was taken in the control group.The postoperative recurrence and the incidence of complications were observed in the two groups.Results:The postoperative recurrence rate and the incidence of complications were significantly lower and less in the intervention group than those in the control group(P<0.05) according to the follow-up for 12 months.Conclusion:The systematic perioperative nursing care can significantly reduce the postoperative recurrence rate and incidence of complications and strict,scientific and reasonable nursing measures play an important role in the autologous limbal stem cell transplantation for treatment of patients with pterygium.
