| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察纳洛酮治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)的疗效。方法 :在传统治疗的基础上对 36例加用纳洛酮 3d ,并与对照组 2 2例比较。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 86 .1% ,对照组总有效率为 5 9.1% (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :纳洛酮治疗HIE疗效显著

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of naloxone in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemia encephalopathy (HIE). Methods:Combination therapy with naloxone for 3 days and traditional treatment was given to 36 newborn with HIE , and to be compared with 22 cases as the control group. Results:The total effectiveness rate of the treated group is 86.1%, that of the control group is 59.1%(P <0.01). Conclusion: It is very effective to treat neonatal HIE with naloxone . |
