二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床分析

目的 观察二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的疗效。方法 选择40例多囊卵巢综合征患者，给予二甲双胍治疗共24周，治疗前后比较测定黄体生成素（LH）、血清卵泡刺激素（FSH）、睾酮（T）、空腹胰岛素（FI）、空腹血糖（FBG）、腰／臀比值（WHR）及体重指数（BMI）。结果 24例闭经患者16例恢复月经周期，有排卵现象，有效率达66．7％。所有患者痤疮均明显改善，多毛的分布情况及程度无明显变化，WHR和BMI显著下降。血清T、FI、LH和LH／FSH比值均较用药前明显降低，FBG基本没变化。结论 二甲双胍对改善P—COS患者临床症状、恢复排卵及月经周期、降低胰岛素抵抗及高雄激素血症均有明显效果。

Clinical Analysis of Women with PCOS Treated by Metformin

Objective To observe therapeutic effects of metformin on patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods 40 cases of patients with PCOS were treated with metformin for 24 weeks.Gonadotrophin,testosterone(T),fasting insulin(FI),fasting blood glucose(FBG),(waist/hip) ratio(WHR) and body mass index(BMI) before and after the treatments were examined and compared for all patients.Results 16 ones of 24 cases of amenorrhea patients had menstrual onset again(66.7%).All cases acne symptoms were improved greatly.WHR and BMI decreased significantly.T,FI,LH and(LH/FSH) all decreased significantly and FBG had no changes. Conclusion The PCOS patients treated with metformin might be effectively improve clinical symptom,recovery ovulation and menstrual onset,inhibit insulin resistance and hyperandrogen.
