| 摘 要： | 随着高能量损伤的增多，胫骨开放性骨折并骨缺损病例逐年增多，由于胫骨解剖的特殊性，其治疗颇为棘手。2000年3月-2004年3月，应用半环槽外固定架采用急性骨短缩-延长加骨髓移植方法治疗胫骨骨折并骨缺损14例，取得了较满意的效果，现报告如下。
