武警部队干部人群生活质量及其影响因素

目的了解武警部队干部人群的生活质量现状及其影响因素,为相关部门改善其生活质量提供参考依据。方法采用"武警部队干部人群生活质量评价量表"对1115名武警部队干部进行测查,并分别采用单因素及多因素统计学方法对资料进行分析。结果在维度中经济状况得分最低(61.4±14.4)分,社会适应得分最高(79.4±11.9)分;单因素分析结果表明,学历、婚姻状况、职务对调查人群的生活质量有影响,差异有显著性(P0.05),工作性质和兵源地无显著影响(P0.05);经多元逐步回归分析,影响调查人群生活质量的因素有月均收入、军龄、婚姻状况、学历、年龄、工作性质和兵源地。结论调查人群的生活质量属于较好水平;月均收入、军龄、婚姻状况和学历与生活质量有关。

QUALITY OF LIFE AND ITS RELATED FACTORS OF THE CHINESE ARMED POLICE FORCE CADRES

Objective To investigate the life quality and its related factors in the Chinese armed police force cadres,so as to provide the reference for improvement of life quality.Methods Life quality questionnaire in armed police force cadres was used to assess the life quality in 1130 cadres.The data were analysed by single-factor and multi-factor statistical methods respectively.Results The score of economic condition was the lowest（61.4±14.4）,and the score of social adaptation the highest（79.4±11.9） among all dimensions.Single-factor analysis showed that the effect of educational level,marital status and official rank on life quality was significant（P0.05）,while the effect of nature of work,and the place come from was not significant（P0.05）.Logistic multiple regression analysis showed that factors related to life quality were the average monthly income,service time,marital status,educational level,age,nature of work and the place come from.Conclusion The life quality of the armed police force cadres is in a good level.The average monthly income,service time,marital status and educational level are related to quality of life.
