| 摘 要： | 目的:了解恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗HBV-DNA阳性乙肝肝硬化的疗效.方法:将68例HBV-DNA阳性的乙肝肝硬化患者随机分为恩替卡韦与复方鳖甲软肝片治疗组和单用恩替卡韦对照组进行治疗,疗程为12个月.治疗前后检测患者血清肝纤维化四项,每3个月检测其肝功、HBV-DNA.结果:恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片在改善患者... |
