| 摘 要： | 目的评价玻璃体手术治疗儿童复杂性眼外伤伴眼内异物的临床效果。方法对23例（24眼）儿童复杂性眼外伤伴眼内异物行玻璃体切除手术者进行回顾性分析。结果所有眼内异物均一次成功摘出。随访6～36月（平均10月），最终矫正视力〈0．05者15眼，≥0．05者9眼。2例（2眼）术后视网膜脱离未能复位需再次手术，1例（1眼）发生增生性玻璃体视网膜病变，2例（2眼）发生白内障。结论儿童复杂性眼外伤伴眼内异物的治疗采用玻璃体切除术是可行的，宜及早手术。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment result of vitrectomy for complicated ocular trauma with intraocular foreign bodies inchildren.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 23 cases(24 eyes)of complicated ocular trauma with intraocular foreign bodies of children by vitrectomy.Results All intraocular foreign bodies were extracted successfully once.None complicated by endophthalmitis.Following up from 6 to 36 months.Fifteen eyes had BSVA worse than 0.05,nine eyes had BSVA better than 0.05,the retina could not be reattached and needed to be reoperated in two cases,1 eye developed proliferative vitreous retinopathy(PVR),two cases developed cataract.Conclusions It is effective to treat complicated ocular trauma with intraocular foreign bodies in case of children by vitrectomy,especially early operation after trauma. |
