| Abstract: | A rare case of sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with predominantly osteosarcomatous differentiation occurring in a 36-year-old male is reported. Immunohistochemistry excluded the possibility of primary osteosarcoma of the kidney. |
