消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎81例疗效观察

目的观察消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法8l例婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎随机分为对照纽38例，消旋卡多曲治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗，观察各组发热、呕吐、腹泻、脱水等临床表现消失和腹泻总病程时间，并比较疗效。结果治疗72h后，对照组、消旋卡多曲治疗组总有效率分别为81．58％、96．67％，消旋卡多曲治疗组高于对照组（x^2=4．202，P〈0．05）。在止吐、止泻、脱水纠正时间及总病程，消旋卡多曲治疗组较对照组明显缩短。结论在常规治疗基础上，配合消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎，可较快缓解病情，缩短疗程。
