积极心理学的起源与人本主义心理学的关系探析

【摘要】积极心理学与人本主义心理学有着各自的理论基础，随着积极心理学的发展，对积极心理学的起源问题，众学都有着各自的观点。人本主义心理学肇兴较早，因此，普遍学者通过研究发现积极心理学与人本主义心理学存在着紧密的关系。本文通过对积极心理学与人本主义心理学的概念、内容、研究方法等的比较，分析认为：积极心理学不仅仅只是对人本主义心理学的继承，同时也是对人本主义心理学的创新。在将来，随着积极心理学不断对人本主义心理学继承与创新，人本主义心理学给积极心理学提供理论支撑，一定会引起整个心理学领域的变革。
