| 摘 要： | 对医院供应室2002年12月~2004年9月42起护理缺陷进行回顾性分析,分析其发生的原因,从而制订措施,通过改变观念,积极学习新技术、新理论,提高人员素质,建立护理缺陷管理制度及交接班、查对制度,加强节假日值班管理及实习护生管理。 |

| Abstract: | This article retrospectively analyzed the data of 42 nursing defects in the supply room from Dec in 2002 to Sep in 2004 to found out the reasons and established corresponding measures according to the reasons of nursing defects,which including:helping the staff to renovate ideas and learn new techniques and theories to improve their diathesis;setting up the management system of nursing defects and shift and check regulations;strengthening the management of personnel on duty in holidays and the management of practiced students. |
