品管圈活动在精神科老年病房基础护理质量管理中的应用分析

目的：探究精神病科老年病房的基础护理中品管圈活动对护理质量的影响情况。方法2015年1月－2015年12月在精神病科老年病房基础护理中结合品管圈活动实施护理管理，建立相应的质控网络，同时实施基础护理的管理，完善相应的评价机制。结果在实施品管圈活动管理后其基础护理的合格率和护理满意度均相比应用前有显著的提高（ P＜0．05）。结论在精神病科老年病房的基础护理中结合品管圈活动对护理质量和护理满意度有显著的提高。

Application Analysis of Quality Control Circle Activity in the Basic Nursing Quality Management of the Elderly in Psychiatric Department

Objective To explore the nursing psychiatric geriatric ward management circle activities impact on nurs -ing quality.Methods In our hospital during December January 2015 to 2015 in the psychiatric ward for the elderly in the basic nursing combination management circle activities in the implementation of nursing management , establish the corresponding quality control network , at the same time, the implementation of basic nursing management , improve the mechanism of the corresponding evaluation .Results The qualified rate of basic nursing and nursing satisfaction were significantly improved after the implementation of the quality control circle ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions In the basis of psychiatric ward for the elderly care combination of QCC activity on nursing quality and nursing satisfaction have signifi -cantly improved.
